Conducting legal due diligence, drafting and advising on regulatory compliance, sale and purchase agreements, licensing agreements, tenancy agreements, joint-venture agreements, banking agreements and other corporate related matters; and

Conducting trials and appeals in the Courts of Malaysia, Attending hearing in the Chamber of Courts, Preparing various court papers, i.e writ, statement of claims/defence,written submission.
